Cancellation, Attendance & Refund Policy
By registering for this course, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Attendance Requirements: Participants are responsible for attending and completing all required instructional hours and meeting all applicable course attendance and participation requirements. Participants who fail to complete the required training hours for any reason may be ineligible to successfully complete the course or receive the applicable course completion documentation or credential.
Non-Completion: No refunds, full or partial, will be issued when a participant fails to complete the required instructional hours, including due to late arrival, early departure, absence from a required session, failure to return from scheduled breaks, or other participant-caused attendance deficiencies.
Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the course may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to Saavy Solutions’ applicable terms and any non-refundable fees.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled course start time and participant no-shows are non-refundable.
Saavy Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course when necessary. If Saavy Solutions cancels a course, registered participants will be provided with applicable rescheduling or refund options.
By completing registration and payment, the participant confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this Cancellation, Attendance & Refund Policy.
